Emerald Waya Returns Policy

At Emerald Waya, we are committed to providing high-quality products to support your health and wellbeing. As a small business, our products are lovingly handcrafted in small batches, which means availability may be limited. Please review our returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift vouchers

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. As our products are made in small batches, your desired replacement may not always be in stock. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
