Emerald Waya Cancellation Policy

At Emerald Waya, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have implemented the following policies:

1. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £20 per hour session is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

2. Cancellations with Less than 48 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to the full session fee.

3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate without additional charges, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

4. No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

5. Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.
